I have finally settled on a pattern for my green sweater. π
Dry Creek, by Stephanie Tallent
So pleased to have finally have it decided.
Design searching and surfing on Ravelry is fun, but I was starting to suffer from pattern fatigue.
So now I get to swatch! Yes, I actually like to swatch.
And it’s been a while since I’ve done any cabling so it will be a nice change.
Argyle socks are coming along –almost to the toe of sock #1.
Also so excited that I’m booked to take my first ever knitting cruise- on the Schooner Zodiak out of Bellingham in August.
We’ll be cruising around the San Juan Islands for 3 days and 2 nights, knitting and hangin’ loose with Franklin Habit of Fridays With Franklin and The Panopticon
I’ve been a fan and a Fibertarian ever since I met Dolores Van Hoofen

Maybe he can convince her to run again in 2020. π
Beautiful pattern; love the shorter sleeves. That cruise sounds like a dream vacation!!!
thanks Michelle- I am so looking forward to the cruise. the boat has so much character, and good weather in August should be a slam dunk!
Gorgeous pattern! Canβt wait to see the sweater.
thanks Donna- been a while since I’e knit anything cable-y. I think it should be a nice change of pace!
