Bruno was such a good boy.
affectionate
faithful
loyal
fun-loving
patient
kind
dependable
uncomplaining
We brought Bruno home from the Skagit Humane Society in 1999. He was just a youngster- probably under a year old.
And we went on to have all kinds of great adventures over the years-
“On Duty” in Leavenworth-
Taking in the scenery at Deception Pass
Staying at a fancy hotel in downtown Seattle-
Playing at the Dog Park!
Building Fences-
Getting his very own kitty!
Sharing a moment over coffee-
Posing for the Christmas Card photo-
We both loved Bruno dearly, and he will always live in our hearts.
He was a very special boy.
It is hard to be without him.
I am sorry for your loss Denise….Bruno looks like he was a wonderful dog and I could see in the pics how much luv there was.
Really like your pictures of Bruno. He was always such a good pal to our dogs. In the pictures you can really see him getting older and his muzzle graying. We will miss him.

What a heartbreaking loss. But what a lucky dog Bruno was. He certainly knew that he was loved.
I hope your heart heals quickly and his memory brings more smiles than tears. When I pray to God to scratch my “Rocky’s” ears, I ‘ll ask him to do Bruno’s too…
Oh Denise, I’m so sorry. Can’t tell if this was sudden or expected, but know from experience that either way the pain is intense.
I am sorry to hear about the passing of Bruno. He looks like a great dog and that he had a wonderful life with you.
Thanks everyone for the kind comments. He was definitely well-loved, and I’m glad we could be with him right to the end.
