Step 1: Shearing

First we’ve got to get the wool off the sheep!

Step 2: Washing

Step 2a: Dyeing (optional)

Step 3: Carding

Step 4: Spinning!

I currently have three wheels. I do most of my spinning on a custom lateral-treadle wheel that The Man built me a couple years ago

I generally use a long-ish draw technique that results in semi-woolen style yarn.
